Grand Marshall Scott Powell Leads the Village’s 4th of July Parade
The Village’s Fourth of July parade down Burro Avenue in Cloudcroft featured Grand Marshal Scott Powell, the village’s wastewater operator and a public works employee for 30+ years, who retires this December.

Cloudcroft Celebrates Court Resurfacing with Cool Mountain Classic Pickleball Tournament
The PAC, Pickleball Addicts of Cloudcroft, presents The Cool Mountain Classic Tournament, July 17-19.
Join the PAC, Mayor Dusty Wiley, and Public Works Supervisor JJ Carrizal at a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the newly resurfaced public courts on Friday, July 17th at 4 pm in Zenith Park.

Leadership Cloudcroft Wells & Springs Tour
On July 17th, Leadership Cloudcroft is heading out at 9:30 a.m. for a guided look at the water infrastructure that keeps Cloudcroft running.
Public Works Supervisor JJ Carrizal and Water Operator David Hunter will lead the way, and the group will wrap up at Ski Cloudcroft for lunch and a preview of what’s coming this season on the mountain.
