Rebecca's at the Lodge
When you dine at Rebeccas's at The Lodge, you get the best view in the village — and a ghost story — with your meal
The tale of Rebecca, a beautiful chambermaid with striking blue eyes and fiery red hair, weaves through the halls of The Lodge. In the early 1900s, she vanished from her quarters after her lumberjack lover discovered her in another man's arms. Although unseen, Rebecca's spirit lingers. Ashtrays slide across tables, doors open and close mysteriously, and lights flicker—an enchanting dance attributed to her playful presence. Some say she seeks a new friend or lover who appreciates her flirtatious ways.
Rebecca's offers American and international cuisine options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. The restaurant is known for its western-facing view, unique atmosphere, recently renovated dining room, and inviting decor.
Here are some highlights from the menu:
Salmon: Perfectly grilled salmon, flaky and succulent.
Blue Corn Rellenos: A New Mexican twist on stuffed peppers, bursting with flavor.
Pistachio-Crusted Trout: A crunchy crust meets tender trout—a symphony of textures.
Raspberry Sorbet: A sweet finale to your meal.
The menu's price range is between $16 and $55. Popular dishes include Pecan-encrusted Trout and Filet, with the rainbow trout receiving particular praise for its exceptional preparation.
