Turner Tops Mayor Vote

A six person race has a clear winner

307 Cloudcroft voters turned out Tuesday, November 7, 2023, and the result was a clear front-runner: Craig Turner, with almost twice as many votes as his nearest rival, is Cloudcroft’s next mayor.

Gerald ‘Dusty’ Wiley received 70 votes, and Trustee Jim Maynard earned 65.

Trustee Gail McCoy tallied 26, Richard Welch had 14, and mystery candidate Pavlav Trubac found four votes.
